Demo environment and data routing
Your project, data, artifacts, skills, baselines, and results are held in this browser unless you explicitly save a project file to your device. When you run an AI request, the browser sends the request and your API key to the MaxFlex API, which forwards it to the selected AI provider. Do not use sensitive, identifying, or regulated data. Provider terms, billing, and data-handling practices apply.
Saving a project creates a local file that may contain its data, prompts, artifacts, and AI results. Protect that file and share it carefully. API keys are not included in project files unless you explicitly choose an encrypted-key or encrypted-project save mode.

Calculated fields
Create reusable fields from this dataset. Calculations run locally in your browser and can be used for subjects, charts, skill inputs, and joins.
Subjects
Choose a dataset field or calculated field as the subject label. Select a distinct value to include every matching source record; selections remain linked to stable record IDs. Artiflex Subject ID is a separate derived field for linking observations to their subject.

Add text or local files, then select any combination to capture as a baseline component. URL references are not fetched.
A URL reference is saved as project metadata. This control does not fetch the URL or proxy its content.
Prompt baseline
Keep stable project instructions and reference context at the beginning of requests. Provider caching and savings depend on the provider and are not guaranteed.

Create project-owned instructions for analyzing selected records and artifacts. Select any combination of saved skills to capture as a baseline component.
Caching
Manage project-local baseline snapshots, their inclusion and order, and provider-reported prompt-cache diagnostics. Snapshots are not provider cache entries; cache hits are not guaranteed.
Plan, run, and review
Review the inputs and request assembly before sending project content to the selected provider through MaxFlex. Structured observations link each observation to one selected Artiflex Subject ID.

Explore source and AI response data independently. Calculated fields are available for charting and explicit joins; generated row indexes are not join keys. For current structured observations, join the input Artiflex Subject ID field to the response subject_id field.

Use the subject-ID shortcut to match response observations to input rows by Artiflex Subject ID. The row index is never a join key.
